    Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

    Customs and local delivery fees may apply depending on your location. These are outside our control and will be charged by your local customs office.

  • How do I track my order?
    You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

  • My order hasn't arrived what do I do?

  • I received a wrong or damaged item - what do I do?
    Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos. We'll make it right. 

  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    As every item is made on demand specifically for you, we don't offer standard returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order, contact us and we'll find a solution.
