Estimated delivery is calculated in business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary.

Incorrect Address: If the courier consider the address not enough, the package will be brought back to our facility. Upon verification of an updated address with you, if and when applicable, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Abandoned Shipment: If a shipment is returned to our facility without being picked up, you will be responsible for paying for a new shipment to either your end user or yourself (if applicable).

The claim must be submitted no later than 20 days following the expected delivery date.
